Try giving breastfeeds only every 2 hrly.
whenever baby cries check diaper & also try burping baby as colic can be the cause of baby being cranky.
Also if breastfeeding then give feed from one side of breast at time of feeding & give from other breast at next feed

Right now baby knows one language that is crying so he will cry due to several reasons.
Due to cold or warm environment, feeds, urine, stool, voice changes etc
Encourage breastfeeding.
Sucking movement gives soothing effect from pain or uneasiness so child will do that, not necessary means the child needs feed.
Child was in a closed environment, which was dark, warm and had a white noise and now has come to a chaos so will remain cranky.
No need of a pacifier as it can be a source of infection and then a reason for admission.
