My daughter is 6 months old. Can i use nibbler and start fruits in it. Which fruits to start? Apple pear to be steamed before giving into nibbler?

How much water to feed an 8 month old? She is having constipation quite often. She eats oats and banana for breakfast, Khichdi for lunch, sooji for dinner, also, she eats apple puree as afternoon snack, and 3or 4 milk feeds in between. What can I do about baby's constipation problem?

Hi, My baby is 40 days old. She was born in 34 weeks. Earlier she was taking breast milk through paladai but she used to cry we thought she might not be satisfied so we started with the bottle.
