My 3.5 month old son just had his vaccination (the 3.5 month course vaccination) this Friday. Today while cutting his nail, his skin got cut and fresh blood came out. We use his personal baby nail cutter. Do we need to give him tetanus injection?

Hello doc , my son is 7 month old and he had fever 4 day ago , after that he is not peeing whole night but in day time he is peeing 10-11 times, his urine colour is pale yellow. .is it normal ? I am giving him bf and formula feed along with rice and moong daal water.. and plain water also... He is feeding well...so it's it normal not to pee while sleeping whole night ( 10-11hr) ?
