My baby girl was playing when i was sleeping. She is 9 months old. She just hit me on my jaw part and got hurt on her temple region. She cried during that time.. is this something to be worried?

Fever from last 5 days
Dear Doctor
My son had high grade fever of 102.7 for first 2 days and on 3rd day we did not notice any fever but from 4th day he had leg pain and fever between 99.8-100.5f.
He has got cold and wet cough as well pls suggest if any test to be done since it's been 5days for now.

My four year old daughter have got these black kind of spots on her front 2 teeth.
