My baby got his 6-8 week vaccine on 28 july of Dpt due to which he got soreness on his right thigh , though its neither red nor painful bt the area of around 1cm is very hard & alleviated , what shall do to cure it?

Hi Doctor, For my kid 6th week vaccination completed at government healthcare center. There they given Penta, OPV, IPV, ROTA & PCV. Same five vaccines they are giving in 14th week also. But in 10th week they are giving only three vaccines i.e. Penta, OPV and ROTA, not giving PCV and IPV. Tomorrow is my kid 10th week vaccination day. So once we take three vaccines i.e Penta, OPV, ROTA for him in government center, same day can we go and take PCV vaccine at private hospital ?
