I have been prescribed ibugesic plus tab for my daughter 11 year old with fever and viral like symptoms. I want to check if ibugesic plus tab 2 times a day with food is safe for 11 yr old 36kg weight. Should I switch to combiflam sup instead. The fever is intermittent and on the higher side

My baby is IDM baby... he born on 23 aug 2022. He was taken to nicu where ultrasounds were done on brain, heart, and kidneys.. That was working ok. Brain has no anomalies but his cry was shrill so doctor said he is cerebral irritated (kind if fits but subtle).. He was given electrolytes, zinc, magnesium and calcium syrup also levipil syrup.. after that he working ok. his condition is stable. I want to know what is cerebral irritability? is it treatable? will he b ok in future? are these fits permanent? is there any chance of getting them back when he grows?
