Query ABT white flaky substance. Doc.

My baby is one month old... Today while cleaning his ears i saw white flaky substance behind his both ears...which seemed like a face creme when kept unrubbed n unabsorbed on skin....and i cleaned it... With cotton n warm water... N it got cleared... I forgot to take its pic ... Now after few hours I checked my baby's ear again from behind...and there was nothing... But i found some white dry flaky substance inside her ear...near ear canal...jus like small dot...i took picture of the same (attached here is the pic)...and wen i cleaned it wd cotton it was just like white dusty flaky substance....   Can u doc's plz tell me wat is this... I am so much worried...is there any infection in my baby's ear...do i need to consult any doc...plzzz reply ...I'm so mch worried...plz doc's help me out...
