My daughter has 2.1cm adenoid in nose.it will shrink in future or not.and tonsils also.she open mouth while sleeping.snoring want to .undergo any surgery in future

My daughter is having green colour lose motion with high fever ranging from 100 to 101 . Crocin 240 seems not working hence giving Ibugesic plus 5 mL when she is having fever . But once I give fever goes away for few hours and again comes back before 4 hours what should I do . Along with this I am also giving taxim Forte 5 mL twice and endogermina 1 ampule . Today is day one of the infection

Hello, My 6 year old daughter is having low grade fever since the last 4, 5 days (99 and sometimes 100 degrees). She's also having a very bad cough and nausea (no vomitting) since last night. No cold (sneezing or dripping nose) as such. Tests for typhoid, dengue, malaria are clear. CBC panel is also clear. Dr has suggested viral infection and increased duration of dosage to 3 more days (total 7 days since the onset). Please help me understand if this could be viral or anything else. Child has no appetite and is coughing very badly. Thank you.

Hi.. i delivered baby on aug 3 rd due to some issues baby is still in the icu from aug 7th I started pumping and giving it to baby.. there was good milk supply 60ml from each breast when pumped in the morning. From aug 14th milk supply has completely reduced only 10 to 20 ml from each breast... I'm completely worried... Now doctor has told me to give more milk. Dono wat to do .. please suggest...

Hello dr, my 14 month old baby is on iron and calcium supplements after which he is getting constipated passes Stool like hard pebbles starting followed by normal stool but he strains too hard while passing stool. I also observed swelling.can it be piles? Iam sharing the pic

Hello dr my baby is 7months 15 days old after starting solid he is doing hard poop 5 to 6 times a day, and what ever he eat same thing it's coming from poop. recently i consult to the dr he told to give zymogreat 0.7 ml day n night for 5 days.. but nothing works again i visited he told to give papaya puree in daily basis  for the baby but still my baby facing same problem with constipation pls help
