Child Health Issues

My baby is 7 month and 1 week old. We are feeding her purees like apple, papaya, daal and sago (small sabudana). She had not passed stool for 2 days and today I see small lump of somewhat hard stool at diaper (photo attached). Is this a constipation or normal? Please guide on feeding. How much water I should give her daily??

My baby's age is 10 month . Today I noticed that he have a lump on his leg thy area. I can't understand what is that. But my baby is active He can stand . Please suggest me what can I do??

Hello. My son is 4.5 years old.last year in July he got pneumonia and was hospitalized.he got better with treatment but he is having coughing issue since then and 2 or 3 episodes of wheezing.in January 2023 he has a episode of mild wheezing and doctor gave him budecort for 8 weeksbut coughing is still there.he feels better for few days but after that he again starts coughing.yesterday we went to doctor again and again doctor gave him levolin for 5 days and budecort for 6 weeks.we shifted to Bangalore last year .pls help what could be the reason for this.thank you

My 2month old baby(35weeks preterm) spits up often ..but my concern is that during late night while he is lied he is spitting up..and today he spits up while lying alobg with that he cough..i panicked bcz it coughing during spit up can result in choking..so my question is that what should i do if i see my baby coughs on spit up while lying on back..shouldi lift him and burp him overshoukder..will that make worse?

Hi , My son has fever of 102 from 2 days , got blood test done based on doctor. Can any one confirm if CRP result of 8 means infection is there ? Do we need to give anti biotics for fever still there today (3rd day - Having 101 temparature couple of times across the day).
