My son having high grade fever it always goes 103 and 104 i do sponging which he doesn't allow to do but some how i do. After taking meftal P his fever goes after 2 hours and again start increasing after 1 hour. My question 1. As he is PFAPA kid so every month i need to give meftal P to reduce his temperature.
