Child Health Issues

Sir/mam my son is 4 month old..today he had his vaccination scheduled (3rd dose which is done in 14th week) Unfortunately doctor gave him expired shot of hexaxim vaccine which expired in November 2022..i have attached vaccination certificate He got the shot in afternoon..till now no side effect is seen..but my question is will he get trouble in upcoming days and also will it affect him in long run?? I request u to clear my doubts as being father i m very anxious right now

My son is 16 months old, 11.6 kg. Was sitting in tub of bathroom ad fell face first. Blood came from nose and mouth. He has little cut in lips and nose. We took him to doctor he told its wound in nose and lips. Bleeding stopped within few minutes. So what to do?? Our doctor has prescribed Clamp kid forie syrp.     3 ml-0-3 ml.  For 5 day Coldkem plus syp.     5 ml-5ml-5 ml for 6 days Mefinex susp     3 ml-0-3 ml.  For  ,2 day Xlyomet s drop every 2 hourly All this medicine.. wont the wound heal on own. Hes normal now.

Hi, My 2.5 old baby had a fever more than 100 after taking week 14 vaccination. But fever appear after 2 days so is it due to vaccination? Because also have sudden weather change and as per local Dr. It is causing due to that. I m bit worried whether it should not lead to enciphilitis. What are the chances because he is less than 3 months old. Just 1-2 days back his mother also had viral infection.

Hi All, My son is 2.7 years.He is going to daycare.He started speaking from 2 years.Currently he speaks small sentence and repeat what we say.He can speak ABC and 123 and small.portion of rhyms.He knows how to do potty and pee.The only problem is he speaks very softly mainly infornt of some other person.And he became silent when he meets new person.He is kind of shy nature.How I can help him to talk loud.He is soft taker at home as well.please help.

My baby not drink in left side of breast.according to my study left breast produce more milk.this is problem in my life.baby not suck on left breast .he suck only right breast which is comfortable for him ..left breast is always full and leaked and sometimes it feels like solid.its engorgened. Can i use engirgened breast milk to my baby.how many hours unused breast can give milk to baby.max 6 hours he did not suck on left breast can i gave milk after 6hours storage in my breast

Hello doctor, my 1year 4 month baby started vomiting slightly when she cough but from yesterday whatever she had except water she is vomiting a lot.she has fever yesterday but today she is fine.Yesterday we went to the doctor & he prescribed domstal 9drops before food.She is looking very tired & not active also.But she is feeling hungry once she started having food she is feeling nausea.What shall I do now.Is there any antibiotic is there to stop her vomit
