Hello Doctor, i want to know what a good schedule is for a 15 month old baby boy. How many times feed ? What can give to eat ? How many hours to sleep in a day ?

Hi , my son 11 month old and 8kg having high fever 103. Now temparature is down to 99.8 , can we give all the foods like normal or any specific diet to be given during this time ? He is eating well , responding well mostly but little dull sometimes, going to toilet 3-4 times a day

Hi We have noticed following development delays in my 6 monyh old son 1/ he has just not laughed loudly (many be once or twice in all these months) 2/ whenever we call out his name he doesn't even look (usually recongnises other sounds like clap, whistle etc and finds the source rightly) but we make so many attempts to talk to him in those baby sounds) he doesn't respond or even look. He doesn't make an eye contact while trying to engage with him. And otherwise when you walk in the room he clearly makes an eye contact but just doesn't show any when you are trying to engage 3/ doesn't utter any sound yet. Like ma, ba, da etc 4/ he doesn't crawl yet. Though walks in the walker already and rolls over Other milestones like reaching out to objects, recongnising faces, sitting without support or even walking with support and recognising faces are quite well met. Should I meet a doctor and if yes then which doctor?

My daughter is 2.5 month old. We are getting her ear piercing done. Can I use Lox 2% for numbing area before ear piercing? If ok, how to apply?

My 2 month old daughter is constipated past 2-3 days and not able to pass stool properly...passed very hard stool once in 2 days...She is both formula and breastfed....She is taking 3-4 ounces milk every 3-4 hours.... Formula I am using is Nan pro 1... how can I treat her constipation... should I wait for few more days for it to get better...

My son is 4 month old..he had his vaccination yesterday..one of the vaccination hexaxim (DTPa-hepB-IPV-Hib) given was expired in November 2022..no side effect till now( 36 hours have passed since vaccination) but i want to ask whether can it cause trouble later and also can it create some issue in future? Also tell me is vaccine have some potency after expiry as i have read it does have till 6 months after expiry and if it has some potency,then should i give another dose to my child or not and if yes when should it be given?

How should I give water for drinking to my baby who is 6 month old. And what is the quantity! We drink direct underground water. Can i use this for my baby by boiling bit properly.?

Doctor my sister's 4 dose intradermal Anti Rabies Vaccination schedule from government hospital was Day 0 3 7 28 and she completed her Last 4th Day 28 on 1st March 2023 but today on 7th March A Street Cat Scratch her with Nails No Deep Wound just skin redness and drop like blood comes out so should she have to take booster dose Day 0 and Day 3 rabies vaccine ?
