Doctor my sister's 4 dose intradermal Anti Rabies Vaccination schedule from government hospital was Day 0 3 7 28 and she completed her Last 4th Day 28 on 1st March 2023 but today on 7th March A Street Cat Scratch her with Nails No Deep Wound just skin redness and drop like blood comes out so should she have to take booster dose Day 0 and Day 3 rabies vaccine ?

Preterms baby born at 36 weeks second of dcda twin birth weight 2 kg . Birth history and postnatal period uneventful. Now 110 days age postnatally. Neck holding not achieved. While on tummy, she can just lift head to 15-30 degree for few seconds only and after just struggles and starts crying with head resting on ground. But other activities social smile cooing present. Also can make sustained social contact. She is also gaining weight normally. She can also follow moving object both sideways. What to do? Please guide

I am feed cerlac to my 5.2months baby. After some time she got voimiting 4 times.Then I give her persist syrup voimiting doesn't occured again.but she got motions.she passing liquid stool 10 times a day. I will stop feed cerlac.only give breast milk to her but she got motion after every feed.what should I do?
