Child Health Issues

Hello doctor, My son is in 10th month now. 8.7 kgs weight. From last 4 days he is not taking solids. Earlier he used to have 4 solids ( 2 rice, 1 fruit, 1 vegetable). But now he is just taking 2 solids fruit and vegetables feeds, not at all taking rice feeds. So we are balancing with milk. Baby is active only. We suspect he is having gas trouble. Please suggest how to feed solids.

My 3 month old baby's CRP is 115 mg.. He has had a fever for the last 5 days.. and loose motion also. He just got vaccinated after he got a fever. Even after 4 days his fever is not gone then the doctor asked for a blood test. We did his blood test and found CRP 115mg. Then we admitted him to the hospital. It's been three days now. We can see little improvement and control in fever also. Pls suggest how much more time is required to get him well. Is there anything to be afraid about.

My 9 months son is suffering from viral fever and having a little stuffy nose since he is crying a lot. My doctor prescribed Maxtra drops 2.5ml thrice a day along with P100. I double checked with him. Is it safe to give 2.5ml of Maxtra thrice a day?

My daughter is suffering from 104 fever from last 5days. Symptoms include severe pain in left ear and cheek and nausea with dry cough and infection in eyes too. During the start of fever she is shivering with cold and her hands and feets are cold however the forehead is burning and nose is blocked with sputum. Can someone please suggest what these symptoms indicate, are these just normal flu symptoms or something serious problem is there. Do I need to consult the ENT, or the pediatrics consultation is sufficient.
