My daughter is 17 month old. She is in teething phase ,her molars are coming. From 2-3 days her poop is so watery . Is teething is the reason or their is any other issue with her digestion. She is not eating properly nowadays and her breastfeeding demand is also increased.

There are two reasons. Either it could be indigestion or infection. There is nothing like teething problem. During teething phase child tents to put anything and everything into their mouth. That can cause infection.
