Child Health Issues

My baby fell down yesterday and got hurt on nose. There was no internal injury but have little blood from outside, like skin scratch. Attaching pic. I hope not so serious, n mark will go away.

20m baby has blackish and prickly heat boiles applied prickly heat powder for past 2 days no improvement any other solution Attached pic below

Cough and cold for both kids aged 10 yes and 5 yrs from 03 days Using ASCORIL LS for cough and MAXTRA Syrups for both . Not no change in condition. Need further advice.

My son is 1 year old.He poops 3-4 daily after every meal or sometimes even after taking milk.He is mostly on breastfeeding along with top feed(2 times).We give healthy meals to our baby like oats chilla, khichdi, wheat roti,fruits etc..that too our baby takes in very small quantity but still he poops.His stomach gets upset very frequently. After taking medicine he becomes fine its works 1 to 2 weeks ..but again after few days his stomach gets upset. Sometimes watery motions too come.Serioulsy don't understand what to do.If I talk about today he has pooped 4 times and that too watery.All the veggies came out as it is..carrots ,beans ..like it's undigested.Please help out with this.

My husband shuts the door very fastly three times . Does the loud noise affects my 7 months old baby hearing. My baby was there near the door.
