My 3 month old baby is constipated. Not pooped from 3 days.. It is passing only gas.

Babies show varied stool pattern. Different babies have different stool patterns. Sometimes some babies pass stool after each feed while few pass once in 7-10 days. Both are normal. If the baby is active, feeding well, passing urine, gaining weight appropriately nothing to worry.
