Child Health Issues

My toddler has vomiting, Docter suggested vometa 3 times a day. DOES it have any side effect of loose motions. Because today he got 3 loose motions with mucus. Even after having orsl he got vomited and there is indigestion.please advise.

Hi, My baby is 22 months old. He suddenly got vomited day before yesterday around 11Pm, that continues for another 3 hours. consulted doctor and suggested injectiom to stop medicine. After that vomit got stopped.Presceibed syrup as well as vomit got stopped I didn't give the medication to him. Later today morning he got loose motions with mucus and not taking any food. Trying to feed coconut water and butter milk he is not having it. Kindly suggest me do I need to take any tests or what is the precautions for it. Which food can I feed him?

Hello dr,my baby has loose motions since 5 days , daily 3 or 4 times, and along with lot of mucus in stool.i consulted pediatrician,she is under antibiotics, when medicine is stopped again she is suffering with motions,what is the reason for this? kindly share tests required for treatment.

3 year old boy was playing with 1 month old puppy of pet dog after visiting here I went immediately he was crying a bit I thought he was bitten by puppy but then there was no injury on either leg. After looking at it for some time, it was a little scratched and there was a red spot like a normal dot, it was looking a little red. He was also bitten by mosquitoes around that place. Maybe the child's nails have grown a bit due to scratching or the puppy has a tooth. I applied Dettol and cleaned it when I came home after half an hour, but please guide me. Sir take to pediatrician in nearby hospital to give injection but they said it doesn't seem like puppy bitten but even if you want to take injection you can take it but if dog doesn't bite it can have side effects. Please guide

Hi Doctors, My 3 n half month baby is having cold n cough,. But her voice is gone may be bcz throat infection., My paediatrician gave Astakind ls for cough n allercit cold for cold ., Does this suffice to treat her throat or i should give any other medication? Please suggest , thanks in advance. She is 3 n half month old n weighs 5kg Her birth weight was 2.2 kg

My son has fever from 5 days,in swab test detected adenovirus.Is there any serious problem.I will attach the reports

My son is  having high fever 102, yesterday night  he had 103.2, we are doing body sponge in high fever as there  is no impact of crocin DS 10 ml on fever. Also we are giving ors. Please prescribed other medicine for fever reduction. His pediatric is out of station, will be available tomorrow. My son age is 9 and weight is 29. No other problems.

After even giving meftal syrup my daughter's fever is coming back within 4 hours..Till now we gave her meftal 2 doses 5ml at 6 pm yesterday and then 7 ml at 12am. Her weight is 17kg...Please suggest what we should do?

My daughter is having very high fever since last 2 days and it is not reducing. She is 20 months old and 9.3kg weight Doctor has given us crocin syrup 5ml every 4 hours and meftal p syrup and ibugesic syrup every 6 hours inbetween crocin. Her fever rises to 104° and even after giving all medicine this is not reducing. She even has runny nose and coughing. Doc told that this is due to some adeno virus. Please suggest what we should do

My child is 6 days old, she sleeps too much and whenever she wake up she do poop.is it normal ? Also how much milk I should give her in each feeding
