Child Health Issues

My baby is 6months old. She had ear infection and was prescribed antibiotics. She had diarrhoea cos of antibiotic and was ok after that. Later she has diaper rashes and now it's being treated but now she has slight diarrhoea. But the quantity is very less like 4-5ml volume but the frequency is more. Otherwise she's normal active, voiding urine normally and eating normally. Also, she has been vaccinated properly so far. Please tell what could be the reason for her condition

My baby girl is of 2.5 months she is doing green poop from last one month. Sometimes it was completely green sometimes it was yellow and green and sometimes all yellow. She is completely active and having her feed properly. She is on formula feed and brestfeed both. Is it matter of concern.

Hello Doctor, My son is 14 months old. Until yesterday he's fine suddenly yesterday night he started rubbing under his neck front side, I thought he's getting sleep so he's rubbing ( if he needs to sleep he rubs his ears most of the times). But next day morning when I saw his back side of neck it's rough some what and colour changed to some what darker and skin got some wrinkle. Even same for the under neck but colour not changed and not noticeable until we touch it. So the thing is it's all around the neck.  (Please check the attached pic.) Don't know what happened? Every time we check all the things before using to baby. Please suggest.

Hi.. My sister daughter is 45days old and during breastfeeding when she is awake, she becomes fuzzy and she keeps on unlatching and cries that she could not drink milk. But when she takes breastfeeding during sleep or half sleep, there are no issues? this was happening in recent times. What might be the reason?

My son has completed 16 months and is not speaking a single meaningful word... He responds to the music played in speaker and is doing the exact steps taught to him for common rhymes.. My baby is 1 month old. Only from past couple of days she is spitting  fewer amount of milk after every feed. Sometimes it is curdled and sometimes she is spittting milk itself. Is this cause for any concern. Please advise.
