When to star gripe water or anything for baby teething.. can you please give me a guide for easy teething

Hi, my child is 9 months old and i want to give her vaccines. Till now we were following government rules at our hometown. Vaccines given to her are- At birth- OPV, HEP B, BCG 1.5 month- OPV, PENTA, ROTA, PCV, IPV 2.5 month- OPV, PENTA, ROTA 3.5 month- OPV, PENTA, ROTA, PCV, IPV now as per government mcp card 9 month vaccines are - MR, JE, Vitamin A and PCV booster But here I enquired and attendant told me that JE and Vitamin A not required/available, MR is not there but MMR is there, PCV is available. Is there any prblm if JE and Vitamin A not given this time. And if this dose of MMR is given and next dose of MR is given at government hospitals.? Please tell what to follow for my girl.

My new born is 19 days old. He is lactose intolerant and also had Rota Virus from which he has recovered. He is on Nestle nan lolac for the past 5 days due to low level of lactose. However since last night he has been profusely crying and his poop looked like pebbles and they were hard, without any blood on it. The entire night he cried painfully, we gave him 5 drops of Colic aid but that did not help much either. Please help as we are only panicking!!

Son has fever from Tuesday night , intensity has reduced it still fever on and off. He has developed rashes too from last two days. See attached pic Based on this our doc gave blood test on Friday Where cBc all normal except esonophilia at 20 , CRP 27, Dengue igg, igm negative. Since he had till 102.5 we gave once meftal p, after that it's all Dolo 250. From Wednesday on Azithral 200mg once Dolo 250 every 5th hour Frisium once a day Rescold once a day 5ml Why this fever for longtime as this first time it's taking little time to subside.

My baby is 2months old, she could not able to pass gas freely and  used to cry while passing it. She used to start crying during early morning only. Please suggest me can i use colimex drops every day and what will be the dose for 2months baby. Thank you

My duaghter is 10 months old and her weight is 8kgs. She had  tooth itching and  Paediatrician prescribed us to give fepanil 120 mg syrup with 5ml dose. She cried a lot when we gave 5ml dose may be due to stomach ache. Will it cause any health issues as we gave 5 ml dose?

Hello I stopped breastfeeding my child and started solid I wanna dry up my breast milk . Is there any pills to dry up. As I'm working women sometimes there is leaking of milk . So is there any pills to dry up my breast milk

My son age is 5months(running 142 days), till now I feed him aptamil stage 1 gold, right after giving my breast milk. From now can I feed aptamil stage 2 gold ? Please suggest
