Food or milk intake

My 8 months old baby is not taking any food or milk. He is taking only 2 to 3 spoons of food and drinks only 30 to 45 ml of milk. He cries whenever we tries to feed more than that. He is doing this for about one week. Before that he was fine. Is this serious.
