My daughter is 4.5 she had fever from 6 days . First three days she is having hight fever 103 That comes in 6-8 hours from last three days she has low grade fever comes in 12 hours . She is active and eating well . No other symptoms Dr said it's viral. Can viral be that long ?

Hi Doctors, My baby poked his eye by himself by noon. He cried immediately and calmed after sometime. But his eye ball turned orangish. And it's night now, the orangish color remains the same. But he doesn’t cry about it or no water discharge or no swelling in his eye. Pls advise if I should worry about it and many of my family members advise to leave a drop of mother's milk in the affected eye. Pls advise.
