Dear doctor , Need a help . Took baby for haircut yesterday. Barber used electric razor & scissors for his haircut. Today morning saw a small cut on his forehead. Now I’m tensed . Can cut by the aforementioned cause HIV or hepatitis? Any preventive step that I can take ? Kindly let me know

Hi My 4 yr old toddler has had a fever , cough and cold for the last 2 days and his pediatrician confirmed its upper respiratory tract infection with normal throat and chest clear . He has prescribed to use Ascoril plus syrup for cough along with Xyzal for cold and calpol 250 for fever. Though I see Ascoril plus prescribed (Terbutaline1.25 Mg + Menthol 0.5 Mg + Bromhexine 2.0 Mg + Guaiphenesin / Guaifenesin 50.0 Mg) is usually for adults and at some places mentioned as not to be used for small kids. Is that the case? If so , can I use Ascoril LS junior instead? Also can it be used with Xyzal syrup?

MY kid 2.5 years old has drank P250 syrup ( possibly 15/ 20 ml) Is it a concern, how to treat. Any symptoms to look for.

My baby completed her 6 months and weight is 6.6 kg . I gave sprouted ragi sari 2 days and she got cold and should I continue ragi sari? And can I give her raw kerala banana powder sari when she is having cold?
