36 weeks preterm baby, birth weight 2.3 kg. Now she is 6 months old. Present weight is 7 kg. She had increased fussiness reduced appetite for past few days. Blood tests done hb was 7.4 and started on iron. We are afraid that whether this anaemia will affect her future development. Please reply
