Management of low birth weight of 2.1 kg..protocol for his management..mother had uneventful c section..can he be taken home even though mother is still in hospital

For LBW baby ,I will suggest for hospital management for initial few days till baby starts showing consistent weight gain.Mothers expressed milk is better than formula feed.
