Baby weight gain issue
My baby is 3 month old. Her birth weight was 4.2 kg Day 6 weight was 3.8 kg 1 month weight was 4.6 kg 2 month weight was 5.2 kg 3 month weight is 5.6 kg. Is this weight increase is normal. She is active but not gaining weight as per standard which is 800 gm for first 3 month.

Usually they should be double the weight by 5 months of age . Just ensure adequacy of breast feeding . And correct any feeding issues .

The only way for weight gain is to give breast milk or formula milk (whichever you are giving) ad-lib on demand.
