Child Health Issues

My kid was suffering from cold, cough past 2 months. He was also diagnosed with mild Adenoids. He was on anti allergic medicines, nebulization and syrups , sprays as prescribed by paediatrician. His post nasal drip and coughing was still there . Finally he is on Cepodam antibiotics and things improved a lot. But still this mid night cough and early morning cough is there which initially fir first few mins seems a dry cough then after intaking honey water he coughs out mucus and he becomes fine . No coughing or nasal congestion episode throughout the day . He is on Broncorex, Cepodam(5 days), Omnacortil (5 days) . Montair Lc kid.

Dr., my daughter has thread worm for some days , what dose of zentel can i give her? she is 3 years old

My 3 year old child show anger every time when bathing eating , and most of activity. Neither he eats properly. Even he takes 9 hour sound sleep in night. He keeps demanding and show anger on anything . Keeps crying for more than half an hour or more if not fulfuling his demand. All family members are very frustrated because of him. Also he irritates his cousin 1 year old sister. He pinches her put hand on her head. Specialy if we tell him to not do , he does the same and challanges us. And in this way , he always been in anger. He hurts younger cousin . Show tantrum very often . We have been exhausted  I am not able to understand why is this happening more and more from last 10-15 days. Any medicine pls recommend. His weight is 14 kg. Little bit constipated. Eats lots of dryfruits, like almond pistachios, and  baked chana  and paneer. And he eats 1-2 chapatis in noon and night. I didn't offer banana , this cause him constipation. Jiddi bahut hai sab pareshan hai.

My baby is 5month old having fever and decentry for past 15 days.he has more fluid and mucus in his stool.due to this ,he rarely urinate less than 5 times in a day is this any problem.kindly see usg report and gave an opinion for this

Baby is 3 months old. Baby has cold and cough. So if mother drinking cold water then it will affect baby through breastfeeding? Should mother stop drinking cold water?

Baby is 10 month old .. weight 7.750kg...baby was suffering from fever from yesterday...I am giving him paracetamol 1 ml...fever get control...but after every 4 hours fever comes back...no cold..no cough till now..what to do ???

My daughters age is 15 .. Can I give multivitamin tablets to her. Is it safe to give multivitamins to her. Mostly she looks tired and her appetite is also low. If she drinks a glass of water she feels full.
