Nappy rash becoming more critical
Hello Dr.
My son is 6 months old and he has got nappy rashes we are not using nappy so since 10 days and applying nappy rash cream but it is not healing. I have attached a picture.
Please suggest.

Apply siloderm cream three times a day for 5 days . Avoid using diapers. Keep the genitalia immediately after the child passes stool or urine.
