Having chest and back pain from January I check up myself to physician he told me that this is due to gas nd he also check my ECG and ECHO which is normal and than I go to orthopaedic he told me that this muscle Strain Again last week I check myself to another physician he told me that I'm having an infection in my mouth due to which pain occurs Kindly suggest me  I'm feeling so much worried about it

I attach report of my chest X-RAY, explain please if something to be worry NON-HOMOGENOUS PATCHY OPACITY NOTED IN RIGHT APICAL REGION WITH ADJACENT FIBRO-BRONCHIECTATIC changes. FEW SMALL CALCIFIC DENSITIES NOTED IN RIGHT UPPER ZONE. Features suggestive of sequelae of chronic infective etiology.

I'm having difficulty sleeping at night and have extreme daytime sleepiness and feel tired even after waking up. I feel my heart racing at night and unable to sleep. Do I have sleep apnea? Can sleep apnea be cured without CPAP or surgery?

Hello, Feel acute chest pain while heavy breathing, specially on the left side of the chest , also sometimes have acute headache and neckpain ,also breathlessness and difficulty in breathing , feel soar throat and difficulty in being relaxed and focused during my work . This causes me to get tired sooner and loose all my energy, I have tried consulting a family doctor but couldn't find a solution,as he was like it's because of work strees and eating habits (Gastric).
