Chest & Breathing Problems

Dear Doctor, I am now a days need to take deep breath and I yawn a lot. I am 41 years old unmarried male, I am obese 108 kg height 5feet 7 inches. I am an Asthmatic patient. I take Formoflo inhaler 250mg and Asthalin rotohaler 200mg. I was having Montek AB. I stopped having asthma medicine because I didn't get symptoms. Now I climbed stairs later had breathing problem. All through the evening I took deep breath. I took ECG 1 week ago, it is ok. Just Heart skipped a beat. My master health check up is fine done before 45 days. I consulted Cardiac because I felt chest pain. I have GERD. Cardiac asked me to do TMT. My question is it I have heart disease fluid going into lungs? I am worried. Please clarify.

I have been taking DOTS for 3 months and my weight was 67 when I started. Now it has increased to 72 kg. Now my question is the medication which was given was for > 70 Kg. My has increased to 72 this month should I change the DOTS medicine to more than < 70 kg one or continue this only?

Feeling fullness in upper abdomen while walking and not able to take full breath have done chest x-ray and pft both normal

I have been suffering from throat pain and cough since last 2 months. It reduces after medication but doesn't go away.

Doctor prescribed Montax- FX and pulmoclear for 10 days. Same problem started again after the medicines got over

Sometimes in afternoon and evening when my tummy is full and I try to take a deep breath I am unable to complete my breath. My tummy swells in size when I inhale deep and I have to let go my deep inhaling half way. This is usually not the case when I am empty stomach or half filled tummy. Am I breathing incorrectly or can there be any other issue that i need to be worried about?

Sputum at morning but no cough no fever no tiredness cxr clear contrast CT clear spirometry normal Igg normal range. Then what's the problem???

I'm facing an issue while I breathe in and out..I have a severe pain in my chest sometimes..Could you please advise me any test or medicines?

Doctor has told me that I have allergic cough so he suggested me Lelet M tablet for 7 seven days , if I take that tablet cough will not be there till 7 days but after 7 days stopped to take tablet, my cough still remains same should I continue to taking tablet for few more days or do I need re consult doctor again..

My left neck swelling due to LNT. I am taking  ANT from one month. Under treatment I have paradoxical to ATT my swelling is increased. What is it means?  Can I stop taking  medicine or not?
