How much a lung nodule increases in size in one month if its tuberculosis infection or cancer. What if the nodule size remains same or decreases in size after one month

I am having shortness of breathe since last 3-4 days.. have to take deep breathes again and again .yawns are coming repeatedly.. problem is less when sitting in AC

I had my chest x ray 25 days before there it showed a white spot of left upper lobe lung. Doctor suggested me to use antibiotics clindamycin and moxifloxacin. After three weeks i did my Chest xray again then that patch size seem to be smaller and dull then previous. Should i continue antibiotics till that patch completely disappears. Doctor is saying it is patch of previous infection. Is it benign because it is not growing but becoming smaller in size
