Chest & Breathing Problems

My nose bleeds often in night whether it is summer or winter.. even it occurs more in winter. I also get dry cough usually and difficulty in breathing sometimes minor sometimes more. Why does this happen? Explain

Iam unable to take free breath. Iam a Non smoker. I take chest xray and PFT test are normal and spo2 is 98 and I take ECHO last year 61.why i can't  take breath noramal

I have gastric problem and gas is in below the chest,shortness of breath and unable to pass the stool for 2 days ,severe vomiting.

In  xray there is water in my right lung. I am having dry cuff and little pain in chest when i take a long breath from last 8 weeks. I am very worried.Is this the sign of tuberculosis?

My 17 year old nephew has pain in his inferior lobe of left lung since 8-9days.Earlier his pain longed for 15 to 30 minutes then duration increases to 2 to 3 hrs then whole night and now it is continued for 24 hrs with intensity mild to severe.He is having cough for the last 4-5 months and whenever he coughs mucus comes out of his mouth moreover when he breath deeply he got a severe chestpain like someone is stabbing him on his left lung (inferior lobe).plz advise the remedy.wat should be precautions too.

I am on ATT after pleural fluid aspiration in Dec'18. Taking medicine from last 4 months. Medication is as follow: Rcinex 600mg - 1 Empty Stomach Combutol 600mg - 2 Empty stomach PAN-L - Twice before meal Curogold Capsule - Twice a day Azee and AgeDeifier - 1 Once a day Now Ramadan is going to start in couple of days and I wanted to keep fast. It means I can eat/drink only after sunset till next sunrise.. Kindly suggest me how to take my medicine so that I can keep fast as well as my medication do not get stop. Thanks in advance...

I was referred this problem , I know this is about blood clotting but what are causes of it? I in relation with someone does it have something related to it?
