Chest & Breathing Problems

I have persistent cough since 8 months its gets too worse that its leading to vomiting I have gone to doctor tb test was negative then my x ray showed lower lobe subsegmental pulmonary consolidation then I used some medicine it was cured when I used medicines then again reappeared then again I went to another doctor then she tod it might be due to some gastric problem and asked me stop using certain spicy foods and aerated drinks and my cough is still there getting worse during night leading to vomiting sometimes I am eating spicy food and its getting worse

Dear sir few days is my boyfriend is 130/80 one month but last four day suddenly my boyfriend is high 190/120 I take morning Thelma am and go forte one and ecosprin av75/20 . After bp I admitted amer lila hospital New Delhi all check up heart related eco, ecg, lipids, kft, lft, CPR, cpkmb, troponin test Is negative All reports OK. Doctor suggested one tab mascaurt ch morning and telma am evening but bp is not down bp is 140/90 to 160/100 . I changed docter new Doctor suggested ME telma am morning and nebustar said eve, I take half nabustart eve I better fill but telma am morning intake no better fill. Last 2018 I test stress eco and CT coronory angiography results is OK please help me any butter suggeston me.

My husband snores a lot. The days when he has taken alcohol, the volume is all the more high. He is overweight also. Please suggest some solutions.

My daughter is slightly asthmatic and has a lot of coughing issues due to allergies. She has been prescribed nebuliser 4 times a day. Meds for nebulizer are 0.5ml asthalin and 0.5ml budecort with 3ml NS. Also Monticope 2.5ml twice a day for 3 months. I wish to know within how many days will her cough go with these medicines. Pleural Fluid Drained Using Tube . Had Done All the Tests And given meditation by the doctor but doesn't seem any improvement

Nose blocked  and cough when talking,sore throat, very difficult to sleep at night. But day time it's ok to take breath . And also if I run 1 minute I feel fatigue and tired. And also I have  stress and difficult to concentrate.

Hello doctor. Last month I had fever, chills, cough & fast breathing. There's a patchy haziness in upper right zone and bilateral hilar areas in my chest x ray reports. ESR is 100. Mantaux test is negative and sputum test is also normal. Though my fever, cough & other issues are cured from antibiotics (just 5 days treatment as I haven't visited the doctor after that) but now I'm feeling pain in my chest  may be in ribs. I have constant feeling of there's something pressing my head at different regions. Kindly guide me in the matter.

Which doctor to consult for my case? Mild pain, heaviness and discomfort in my chest area, pain inside the throat and outside (neck), little cough with some sputum in the morning. I feel like someone is pressing at my chest area with some force kind of compressing it. Thanks
