Chest & Breathing Problems

If someone's chest X-ray is clear/normal 2 months after being exposed to someone with TB, does it mean he/she is at least not having pulmonary TB? Can chest X-ray be a diagnostic tool for detecting pulmonary TB?

From last few days I am facing problem in breathing. I feel too sleepy most of the time. At times I have to put in a lot of effort to breathe. It becomes difficult to breathe and eat at the same time. I feel my nasal passage has shrinked in the last few years. Also, my speech has become slurpy from the past 1-2 years. I have been smoking from the last 10 years. Not too heavy but avg of 3 daily. I know that it is a contributing factor in this situation and I am trying to quit and I will quit certainly. But Please suggest what could be the possible problem or whom to consult so that I can get a better understanding of the situation and hence go for proper tests and medications if needed Thanks.

I need to take a deep breath than i feel relaxed. Also I think I am loosing weight. Please guide me further.

Hi, My grandmother has got infection in her left lung due to which the lung has become unfunctional. She is currently on ventilator due to this. Broncoscopy was performed twice on her left lung. She is unconscious and has electrolyte disbalance along with lung infection. Please suggest methods to make her lung functional. Regards, Jay
