Chest & Breathing Problems

Hello sir My bother age is 23 he was suddenly some a 2 months feeling like burdain on chest and some pain. And we did chest xray that is normal shows. Can u suggest any medicine tablet for lowing the heavy weight Ness in chest. Pls sir for 5 days I will use if u revert

I have persistent cough since 8 months its gets too worse that its leading to vomiting I have gone to doctor tb test was negative then my x ray showed lower lobe subsegmental pulmonary consolidation then I used some medicine it was cured when I used medicines then again reappeared then again I went to another doctor then she tod it might be due to some gastric problem and asked me stop using certain spicy foods and aerated drinks and my cough is still there getting worse during night leading to vomiting sometimes I am eating spicy food and its getting worse

After bp I admitted amer lila hospital New Delhi all check up heart related eco, ecg, lipids, kft, lft, CPR, cpkmb, troponin test Is negative All reports OK. Doctor suggested one tab mascaurt ch morning and telma am evening but bp is not down bp is 140/90 to 160/100 . I changed docter new Doctor suggested ME telma am morning and nebustar said eve, I take half nabustart eve I better fill but telma am morning intake no better fill. Last 2018 I test stress eco and CT coronory angiography results is OK please help me any butter suggeston me.
