I frequently get cough formation and fever type problem whenever I get to work under AC. But in my work environment, AC is unavoidable. Thick cough formation often give problem to sleep due to nose blockage and suffocation kind of breathing problem. Sometime it will not affect for sometimes and gets accumulated and becomes little more at once. Every time I consult some physician, they suggest some medicines which temporarily cures it. But I need a permanent solution for this. Is there any permanent solution treatment to get adjusted to AC without affecting?
If I have to consult some specialist for this, I am not sure which specialist would help me in this.

It's hyperactive airway which is sensitive to cold and allergens. Airway congestion lead to recurrent infection which is cause of fever. It is better to avoid cold and temperature fluctuation that is probably not possible in your case. I think a course of antiallergic will do the job.
Unfortunately it seems that you may have chronic issues related to your sinuses and airways. Please approach a Pulmonologist asap and assessed in details. The pulmo doc can put you up with long term treatment which can reduce these issues.
