Chest & Breathing Problems

I have obstacles sleep apnea what to do sir. Since last few years. The same was identified and confirmed yesterday by the doctor. Shall i go for surgery or any other solutions.

Sir, recently I have undergone  with Mantoux test with 18mm finding. Further QuantiForen gold test positive too. Have a CT scan of chest and abdomen showing Chest No Sig seen but in abdomen Mesentric  Lymphadenopathy were seen. Is there any symptoms of Abdomen TB??

Sir Yesterday only I have gone for sleep study and it is found that apnea index is 57. Which treatment is best for this.

Bilateral hilar prominence with prominent and increased broncho vascular marking. No active parenchymal lung lesion seen. Both thr domes of diaphragm are normal in contour and position. Both the costo- phrenic angles are clear. Cardiac shadow appears normal . Bones and soft tissue of the chest wall appears normal. And my pft test interpretation was pre effort indicates normal and post effort indicates normal .report attached below

From past two weeks I am suffering from dry cough. From yesterday onwards I am suffering from left chest pain. Breathing difficulty is not there but when I am coughing I am feeling pain on the back and front chest left side. What is the problem and whom I need to consult

My son on formula milk from birth he got pneumonia 10days after birth I think he is aspirating crackling sounds sometimes is there fluid filled or blockage in lungs he sometimes breath fast and nose problem also he do like something stuck in his mouth...when Pediatric check him he was normal he sometimes produces crackling sounds I want to know is chest congestion and lung damage same ?his chest seems OK when general physician checks him can lung damage or abscess occurs without chest congestion he is two mon ths old only he breathes fast after feeding ..but normally he is playful.. Take feeds but not like other children ...i want to know about lung damage what it is actually

My 2 month old son is aspirating and producing cracking sound from lungs how long it does take to get lung damage and what could be other consequences .i visited some pediatrics but they said it will go away with age ..i m thinking if it gets too late then???

Sir Abdomen test 2014 Observation is a Hypoechoic(with vascularity) lesion 6.3 x 6.2cm in left lobe. (other all normal. Gall Bladder, Spleen, Pancreas, Kidneys, Urinary Bladder, Prostate) . 2018 Observation is a Hypoechoic lesion 5.8 x 5.9cm in left lobe. RT and LT kidney sizes slightly varies from 2014. (other all normal. Gall Bladder, Spleen, Pancreas, Kidneys, Urinary Bladder, Prostate). My view Hypoechoic(with vascularity) lesion was bigger in 1994 when compared to 2014 in left lobe. But in 1993 not measured. Heart beat was found some deviation very very minutely in ninties. With stethoscope this very minute Heart beat  deviation can be realised. By breathing exercise and by moving in side the stomach I reduced the size. By breathing exercise only I live normal life without any issues all these years. Now due to age factors I feel some light chest pain but controling with breathing exercise. Kindly advice me a without any operation (or like key hole operion).
