Chest & Breathing Problems

I am having small Chest pain since 2 months. It is not regular. Sometime I am feeling sometimes not. And it is not too much but very little.

Bottle feeding 2 month old was feeded with very large hole above 6 months old till 1 month he breath faster and chokes on every feed. Did this affected his lungs or it's ok or nothing to do with it

Cough, dry throat, random discomfort throughout the body. E.g chest, pelvic, abdomen. Discomforts come and go and rarely last except for chest on two occasions. Slight shoulder and lower back ache as well. Been roughly a month
