I am diagnosed with TB lymphadenitis. Does this disease is transmitted to my other family members? Is is transferable? Can this test detected in sputum test?

What are symptoms of asthama? I get wet cough and cold occationally. Can say it happens twice or thrice a month and stays for a week without medication and 3 days with medication. I get runny nose, sometimes headache in night, cough in dull to moderate cough in night and morning after waking up. Sometimes I feel vibration in chest during cough and sometimes ejects mucus from mouth (usually in morning). Today my friend told me the symptoms of his uncle for asthama. I was diagnosed with flu bronchitis 3mths ago..I underwent treatment for the same but I m experiencing chest pain for last 3 months which is constant.. currentIy not having cough.. underwent ct scan which said der r some abnormalities . Centrilobular nodules with tree in bud pattern,area of patchy consolidation in left upper & right middle lobe segment, multiple necrotic lymph nodes largest 20mm seen in hilarious and mediastinal nodes.
