In xray there is water in my right lung. I am having dry cuff and little pain in chest when i take a long breath from last 8 weeks. I am very worried.Is this the sign of tuberculosis?

You need analysis of the fluid to rule out the cause. That will tell the cause. To say the probability of the tb i need more history
