Dear Doctor,
I am now a days need to take deep breath and I yawn a lot.
I am 41 years old unmarried male, I am obese 108 kg height 5feet 7 inches.
I am an Asthmatic patient. I take Formoflo inhaler 250mg and Asthalin rotohaler 200mg. I was having Montek AB.
I stopped having asthma medicine because I didn't get symptoms.
Now I climbed stairs later had breathing problem. All through the evening I took deep breath.
I took ECG 1 week ago, it is ok. Just Heart skipped a beat. My master health check up is fine done before 45 days.
I consulted Cardiac because I felt chest pain. I have GERD.
Cardiac asked me to do TMT.
My question is it I have heart disease fluid going into lungs?
I am worried. Please clarify.

please do visit a pulmonologist. You have multiple isssues including Asthma, obesity and GERD. You have not mentioned anything about PFT, was it done in your last health check? If not please get it done after visiting a pulmonologist.
Do you snore? A pulmonologist may also assess you for Obstructive Sleep Apnoea, a breathing issue which develops while sleeping as the air passage gets narrowed.
