My mother is suffering frm lymph nodes since two years. Nodes are small in size and only 1 node appears vry small In size frm outside not seen clearly till you touch it. No symptoms of tb like fever fatigue sweat weakness. She is diabetic since two and half years and nodes from 2 years. USG reports:Enlarged hypoechoic left supraclavicular lymph nodes 10×7mm and 17×6 mm noted. BIOPSY : SPECIMEN: multiple core biopsy from supraclavicular lymph nodes for HPE. IMPRESIONS:1)Granulomatous lymphadenitis. 2)Tuberculosis needs to be excluded. 3)AFB stain is negative. 4)Consider ancillary testing with TB-PCR to exclude TB. MACROSCOPIC DESCRIPTIONS: Recieved multiple grey white to gray brown linear core bits ranging in size from 0.3 cm to 1 cm in length all embedded. MICROSCOPIC FINDINGS: Sections shows of linear cores of lymphoid tissue showing several discrete as well as coalescent epitheoid granuloma. Caseous necrosis is not seen.occasional granuloma shows dystropic calcification.what is this

My mother suffering from lymph nodes TB. After biopsy of nodes it is clear this is lymph nodes TB. I visited ENT private hospital they prescribed medicines AKuriT-4 in which Rifampicin IP 150 mg Isoniazid IP 75 mg Pyrazinamide IP 400 mg Ethambutol hydrochloride IP 275 mg And Rablist DSR capsules And Livogen captabs and Lyorech capsules. Please suggest where I start my mother's treatment at DOTS center or this private hospital. Please suggest. Any risk factors at private hospital or DOTS. PLEASE SUGGEST
