Chest & Breathing Problems

I am feeling loud heartbeats overall my chest and neck and back. Its making me restless and uneasy. Its been a few days since i am feeling this. Is it normal or any concern.

Dear Doctor, I am 41 years old unmarried male. I am 108kg in weight and height is 5 feet 6 inches. I have Asthma, urticaria, severe GERD. I did Echocardiogram on 11 June 19. It shows Mild PAH, trivial TR, Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction. I have been taking deep breath, dry cough and yawning for the past 2 month. My Pulmonologist gave me medicine Montek AB and formoflo 250mg. I am worried about mild PAH. What is causing breathing problem and slight dry cough. What other test I have to do to get rid of breathing problem? Please advise.

I am on ATT DOTS treatment for fpr past 3 months but Today I got a rusty cut on my wrist. I am thinking of taking Tetanus shot. Is it ok to take tetanus Injection while on ATT meds ? I took Tetanus shot last year.

My mother suffering from lymph nodes tb we started treatment before 3 days after start treatment her urine color is red since we started treatment and today vomiting starts red color. I'm very scared please suggest what I do. My mother is diabetic

I always have a distinct feeling in my chest slightly to the left from the middle. The feeling is there even at rest n it is always at the same area n I've started noticing this fr almost a year now. Sometimes I get chest pains in that exact area, sometimes accompanied with a dull,achy back pain (near the left shoulder blade) exactly behind that area of the chest. The chest pains r most dull or stingy or achy n almost always accompanied with needing to take hard deep breaths through mouth to breathe enough air (which happens very often even when at rest without chest/back pains). When there is no chest or back pain, the chest feels somewhat slightly tight or pressurised, even at rest or while sitting. There was one recent pain when I bent forward at a standing position, n there was pain spreading all over my left chest. I've never gone to a doctor fr this purpose as it doesn't affect my daily work. Can u plz give an approx idea about what might be wrong in my chest of anything at all?

If size of lung nodule is getting smaller in repeated ct scan of 1 month by using antibiotics for two weeks is it a benign nodule or malignant. Should i use more antibiotics to completely disappear the nodule and how much time it will take
