Chest & Breathing Problems

I feel that my chest is always blocked and i have problem in breathing and I'm totally depressed and I feel that I'm going to die soon

Did blood test my eosinophils is 7.3% I have trouble breathing. Did the X-ray of chest and all normal

Hello Dr. I'm suffering from chest pain from january due to which i check myself to Physician he check my ecg, echo which is normal after one weak i check myself to orthopaedic he told me that's due to muscle strain after 15 days i check myself to our family doctor he told me that this is due to throat infection. last month i checked myself to pulmonologist he checked my chest x ray which is normal and told me that's should be due to stress and give me advice to start exercise after that My chest pain are gone but weakness is also there and there is some blackish particles in my phlegm due to which today i check my reports which are attached Can any Dr. plss give me proper guidance for better precautions I'm so much worried about that.

While I was sleeping suddenly a vomit sensation came and I vomited large amount of blood 4 blood vomitings occurred and the 4th one came in dark brown coloured and the remaining are in dark red colour but I coughed in a large amount

Is my reports are normal kindly suggest me I'm little bit confused in it plss tell me that regarding my reports

My Ige value is 240 which is supposed to be between 0 and 100. Due to which I am having problem in breathing.

My cough is severe especially at nights. It stopped when I was taking montek lc for 3 weeks. But once after the course completion still I have bad cough

Since yesterday I have not been able to take deep breath. I have to put in more effort in order to do it. The deep breaths lead to some pain between the eyes. I had quit smoking around 2 years back and since then I had this only for a moment but since yesterday it's been continuous.

Cold and cough runny nose with green texture coming out when I spit. Cough is severe during night times earlier.Doctor, please suggest me any tablet.No sleep at all beacuse of this severe cough and I'm unable to do my work in office also

Dr. I humbly beseech you to kindly answer to my query once again. Yesterday I underwent endoscopy test. The finding impression was : Oesophagus-There is Haitus hernia about 1cm. No erosion/Vx/ growth. Is this something to worry about? Do I have to undergo a surgery. They said I should undergo a colon test again. Should I go for the test. Besides, I stopped taking antibiotics tables for typhoid? I'm in dire need of your help.
