Chest & Breathing Problems

Cold and cough runny nose with green texture coming out when I spit. Cough is severe during night times earlier.Doctor, please suggest me any tablet.No sleep at all beacuse of this severe cough and I'm unable to do my work in office also

Dr. I humbly beseech you to kindly answer to my query once again. Yesterday I underwent endoscopy test. The finding impression was : Oesophagus-There is Haitus hernia about 1cm. No erosion/Vx/ growth. Is this something to worry about? Do I have to undergo a surgery. They said I should undergo a colon test again. Should I go for the test. Besides, I stopped taking antibiotics tables for typhoid? I'm in dire need of your help.

When i am squeezing my chest their is a pain in middle of chest and feels like littel swelling at pain area coughing up. Very littel dots of different colors comming in cough photo is attached is this is a blood or infection is it serious?

I have been advised to take Montek Lc once a day in the night. I also have acid resflux problems so i have been taking Omeprazole caosules for a few days. Can i take both at different times? Will it affect my body?

Recently i am facing chronic dyspnea. its for the last 6 month. my s ige 201. spirometry, cbc, peranasal sinositis all report r okk.i am prescribed with montelucast 10,desloratidine 5 mg,a nasal spray. montelucast i dropped for 20 days,now there is heaviness in upper abdomen throughout the day.it makes me feel so discomfort. what can i do.is it anything about asthma,copd or others? i stopped smoking for the last 6 months.it was for 10 years back from my early age.
