Chest & Breathing Problems

Coughing from 1 week nasal congestion itchy snensation in throat and sneezing ... earlier for 2 day i was having fever but fever gone.

I am a smoker .. 1 cigarette per day from 5 years. Recently I have started experiencing shortness of breath. How can I deal with this ? I have already given up cigarette smoking. Apart from that what should I do ? Can I continue with 1 cigarette per week ?

Fever , weakness, body aches , breath shortness (sometime), itchy eyes ,sore throat, legs pain below knee and foot pain when i get fever. Its get little less when i take EBASIL tab prescribed by doctor. I don't know its imp or not but i am civil engineer always surrounded by dust particle

My right chest hurts when I take a deep breath, or when I sneeze. The pain is mild and sometimes it's sharp. It also worsens when I do any physical activity. It's been there for about 2 months now. What could it be. I have no cough or sore throat but only pain on the right side of the chest, goes upto to the right shoulder and back.

My father used to have great stamina. Recently he gets very tired and breath heavily after little bit of work.
