Full cold and getting headache as well as sleepy mood ,I need medicine please advice me Getting fever symptoms

This is my photo attached small blood spot in mucus is this alarming although I had my CT scan 2 months ago of chest which is clear and sputum test which is also clear  but my nose is also having some blood streak it is due to it that it is coming from nose to my mucus attaching my reports of CT and photo of tiny blood spot should I go for mri scan

I had my chest x ray 25 days before there it showed a white spot of left upper lobe lung. Doctor suggested me to use antibiotics clindamycin and moxifloxacin. After three weeks i did my Chest xray again then that patch size seem to be smaller and dull then previous. Should i continue antibiotics till that patch completely disappears. Doctor is saying it is patch of previous infection. Is it benign because it is not growing but becoming smaller in size
