Chest & Breathing Problems

Shortness of breath and tightness in chest and pain in calf muscles while climbing stairs and fast heart beat have done echo stress test chest x-ray all are normal what is the problem I can't understand

From past few days my mother developed slight to moderate pain lower right chest, doctor advised usg and x-ray chest, usg is normal, but after checking x-ray doctor advised HRCT chest

I have been smoking for a while now (couple years) and I have very recently developed mild pain in my heart noticeable when I'm lying down. I am pretty sure both are correlated since I have been smoking a lot this week. Is this temporary or is there a serious underlying Condition. Also which panel of tests should I undergo like, cancer checkup? I do want to quit but I can't stand gums and patches don't work for me

Hi sir/madam, I have been having cough for the last 30 days. I visited hospital n had the chest x-ray n PFT test. X-ray was normal. Doctor prescribed medicine and Digi inhaler for 30 days. Now the level of cough is reduced but having bit of cough during night. Attached X-ray and current medication for your reference.

I have this report positive ..0.25 kUl/ L..is it serious ...what does it mean ..as i am having symptoms like breathlessness & cough..please guide me.

Having chest and back pain from January I check up myself to physician he told me that this is due to gas nd he also check my ECG and ECHO which is normal and than I go to orthopaedic he told me that this muscle Strain Again last week I check myself to another physician he told me that I'm having an infection in my mouth due to which pain occurs Kindly suggest me  I'm feeling so much worried about it

I consult a physician, but i am not satisfied with him. I attach report of my chest X-RAY, explain please if something to be worry NON-HOMOGENOUS PATCHY OPACITY NOTED IN RIGHT APICAL REGION WITH ADJACENT FIBRO-BRONCHIECTATIC changes. FEW SMALL CALCIFIC DENSITIES NOTED IN RIGHT UPPER ZONE. Features suggestive of sequelae of chronic infective etiology.

I'm having difficulty sleeping at night and have extreme daytime sleepiness and feel tired even after waking up. I feel my heart racing at night and unable to sleep. Do I have sleep apnea? Can sleep apnea be cured without CPAP or surgery?
