Chest & Breathing Problems

I had a ct scan before where it showed a nodule of 12×10 mm. Again i did ct scan after  37 days size has increased to 13×12 mm ..please doctors suggest me help me. Am i at big risk and danger situation. As i dont have any problems in health or symtoms.

My left arm and chest is paining while sleeping left or right side, when I'm sleeping on left side of the arm just in few seconds my left arm starts paining and I can feel the burning sensation or I don't know it may be stopping the blood flow. My heart is beating fast. Please help me what to do.

Sometimes cough and breathing problems happens it's be 30 days this is happening o am using antibiotics

I recently took my TB test and found this issue Tenting of left hemidiaphgrm, What might have caused this,is this serious or is this symptom of TB?

A little exertion triggers breathing difficulty. Affected by cold weather, I caught fever attended by frequent cough. Therefore unable to sleep.

Shortness of breathing, gasp for breathing, chest gets tight when i try to breathe deep and long. No cough, no pain, no fever, no medics.

When I stand or walk for 20 mins I feel weight in my upper abdomen and can't take full breath but while sitting there is no difficulty I have done pft x-ray blood test all are normal

I burst a lump on chest cause Google said if it is hard and has skin it could be cancer (quit smoking 2 months back.. was smoking 2 a day). So out of fear I popped it and the white pus came out. I cleaned it with warm water and it left a scar. In a day or two I got another lump next to it not so visible and I tried popping it ( big mistake) I couldn't but I fear it could pop inside. What kind of doctor should I see? Is it something to fear?
