Chest & Breathing Problems

My mother suffering from lymph nodes since 2 years. Histopathology report no tb TB pcr test is negative No fluid in lymph nodes.no any single symptoms of tb no fever no weight loss no tired. So doctor told no tb. And prescribed 5 days clavam 650 Diclomol Montex LC. But I forgot to ask doctor CLAVAM 650 Tabs how many in a day. two tablets or one please suggest

In the previous hrct scan the larger nodule was 11mm. But after using antibiotics for 2 weeks now the nodule size is reduced. Do i need to worry still about the nodule

I had my chest x ray 25 days before there it showed a white spot of left upper lobe lung. Doctor suggested me to use antibiotics clindamycin and moxifloxacin. After three weeks i did my Chest xray again then that patch size seem to be smaller and dull then previous. Should i continue antibiotics till that patch completely disappears. Doctor is saying it is patch of previous infection. Is it benign because it is not growing but becoming smaller in size
