My mother sufering from supraclavicular lymph nodes since two years.no tb symptoms like fever no weight loss no fatigue.she is diabetic since 2 and half years sugar under control.no fluid found in nodes for CBNAAT. USG:enlarged hypoechoic left supraclavicular lymph nodes 10×7mm and 17×6 mm noted. BIOPSY:SPECIMEN:multiple core biopsy from supraclavicular lymph nodes for HPE IMPRESSIONS:1)Granulomatous lymphadenitis.(2)tuberculosis needs to be excluded(3)AFB stain is negative(4)consider ancillary testing with TB-PCR to exclude tb. MACROSCOPIC DESCRIPTIONS: Recieved multiple grey white to gray brown linear core bits ranging in size from 0.3 cm to 1cm in length all embedded. MICROSCOPIC FINDINGS: sections shows of linear cores of lymphoid tissue showing several discrete as well as coalescent epitheoid granuloma. Caseous necrosis is not seen.occasional granulomas shows dystropic calcification. TB-PCR:AFB/TB  tb DNA PCR:myc.tb complex(MTB):not detected.non tb mycobacteria(MOTT):Not detected.

I am 41 years old unmarried male. I am 108kg obese guy. Recent Echocardiogram report had shown Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction, trivial TR, mild PAH. Lab report done 2 months ago is normal. I suddenly get breathing discomfort,dry cough,  headache, yawning, unable to talk, I am forced to take deep breath.From my childhood I have Asthma problem. I was taking medicine Montek AB, Formoflo inhaler, Asthalin rotohaler. For the past 2 month I stopped having asthma medicine due to no chest tightness.I reported to a Pulmonologist few days ago, Doctor gave me medicine Doxiflo M and Predmet 4mg. He saw my Echocardiogram report too. I still get sudden breathing difficulty, headache. What could be my problem? I am worried. I don't go for walking due to fear of breathing problem. I want to do TMT. What could be my problem? I am having anxiety disorder medicine for the past 1 month Zozert100mg, Maxgalin75mg 2, Lonazep 1mg, Zeptol CR200, Pantosec D.

Do CT scans causes cancer if someone is exposed to it for a single time exposure ??? As many articles are there in internet. As x-rays used in CT scans are group A carcinogenic.

In the TB result Specimen-sputum AFB STAIN(ziehl neelsen) - (2+ POSITIVE)        ACID BACILLI SEEN what does this mean. Is it positive for TB. And what does 2+ POSITIVE indicate.

Specimen-sputum Afb stain-2+ POSITIVE Acid bacilli seen Specimen- sputum CULTURE- no pathogenic organisms was isolated  after 18-24 hours of incubation. Patient is only having cough since 30 days but no fever. What does both these reports mean does my friend has TB. Please reply in detail Thank you.
