Here is a short summary of the HRCT Thorax Report: Findings: Mosaic attenuation in both lungs suggests small airway disease. Mild bronchiolectatic changes in the right upper lobe. No significant lung damage like fibrosis, honeycombing, or traction bronchiectasis. Trachea, bronchi, and vascular structures are normal. No signs of pleural/pericardial effusion or mediastinal mass. Bones and upper abdomen appear normal. Conclusion: Suggests mild airway disease but no severe lung damage. I have breathing problems, since post COVID positive only,before covid i never had breathing problems and I had TB In 2018. My pft test score is decreasing If I take anti fungal, will it improve my breathing? Do I need anti fungal treatment Attached last two pft test report

Hello doctor Since last one month I am having greyish phlegm on and off. Sometimes blocked nose also due to AC. I don't smoke nor have any other symptoms. No fever no pain nothing. Just greyish phlegm mixed with clear phlegm (something like greyish spots ) and sometimes it's dark also.  No bleeding nothing. Feels like phlegm stuck in the throat and urge to cough and take it out. I am very scared as I never had it before but yes sometimes which went off by itself. Is it any infection or something else. If I google it scares me. I am already an anxiety patient and have done therapies for the same. It scares me to the core if I hear anything. Please tell me doctor do I need to worry. I have done chest x ray PA view also which came normal. Rest i don't have any other symptoms. Kindly help 🙏🏻 thank you.

I recently had an infection, as the hrct report shows I have a small airways disease. And hrct film shows air tapping And I feel something stuck in my throat My doctor prescribed foracort inhaler 200.and montek lc and doxyphillin tablet and next Time in consultation I will my doctor to add for SABA and anticholinergic Should I take steam inhalation, will it help to open my small airways and throat and mucus, Especially ,will steam inhalation help open blocked Small airway? Or will it  worse my conditions? If it will help, how many Times per day?
