Chest & Breathing Problems

Attached are my FeNO report, PFT report, IgE (8000), and ESR (25). I have had persistent nasal congestion since childhood (24×7×365). However, I have recently developed breathing difficulties over the past four years, which I had never experienced before. Based on my reports and diagnostic tests, could my breathing issue be attributed to allergic or non-allergic causes? Additionally, what further diagnostic tests would be necessary to confirm whether my condition is due to allergic airway disease or a non-allergic respiratory disorder?

After medicine still she is not cured from the problem she is suffering from breathing problems with cold iin lungs

Have been facing pain in left side if the chest since 6 days... consulted cardio and run the tests like ECG, 2D echo and Treadmill, report seems normal. Later consulted Pulmonologist and chest X-ray resulted Prominent bronchovasular markings noted in right lower zone. But I am getting pain in left chest. Any suggestions?

Doctor is govt hospital said to my mother aapke fefde kharab hai after looking at XRay and recommended medicines. Lately i couldn't find the same doctor again. Just for knowledge can anyone let me know pelase with your experience what may be the consequences in same & things i need to take care. Is there any cure to save her or best thing i could do for saving her lungs? Can kharab fefde be fixed again? Just wanted answer please

After drinking cold water I feel the breathing problem most of the Time, I want to know if it is an obstructive breathing problem?  or restrictive breathing problem ?

Last year patient was diagnosed with plural effusion letter patient was undiagnosed with Tb but doctor treated patient with Tb treatment later after 6 months of medicine patient treatment was stopped, after two three months patient had severe coughing , for regular check up patient visited a more professional pulmonologist after getting a CT and x-ray of the lungs it was found that patient left lung has damage in area of 8 cm and the left ribs has bone degeneration and no Tb was found in sputum test, now patient is going on with treatment for severe infection and doctor is looking for lung biopsy

Having Pain near chest since past one month. No medication taken as the Uneasiness is not much . While flipping towards right or left during sleep the pain increases and does not let me sleep properly. I have not had any cough or bad throat since a long time or any fever etc. The pain even is observed in case i run or walk briskly or lie upside down on bed. Don't exactly understand if this is Some muscle issue or Lungs or anything else. Waiting for your reply
