Chest & Breathing Problems

Having Pain near chest since past one month. No medication taken as the Uneasiness is not much . While flipping towards right or left during sleep the pain increases and does not let me sleep properly. I have not had any cough or bad throat since a long time or any fever etc. The pain even is observed in case i run or walk briskly or lie upside down on bed. Don't exactly understand if this is Some muscle issue or Lungs or anything else. Waiting for your reply

1-2days runny nose then nose block, constantly throat irritation, dry cough no mucous, then start severe acidity & constipation like hell. Cannot eat or drink fluid much feels like vomit.. She cannot sleep whole night bcz of coughing and heavyness in chest. Gargle, inhaling steam, doesn't work much. We even consulted ENT bt then also it took a month to recover..acid was refluxing more when she took those high dose of medicine and antibiotics. Doctor prescribed 6-7 meds per day plus nose pump.. She can't eat, drink water how can she digest those high dose meds? When we told doctor, he added one more acidity syrup.. Atlast for constipation and abdomen pain we have to take emergencies.. Please give advice which doctor we should consult? Every year min 2times she suffer from this hell.

I started to Tapper wysolone 10mg one day and another day 5mg alternative days like this I do for 12 days first One week after i feel some breathing difficult literally and 2 days After i have headache for some days Again 2 days After i feel tired and my heart also work so tired feel literally palpitation feel also So how can I Withdrawal ? Can dr change the pattern of withdrawaling the shedule ? I think i am decreasing very Fast my thought One 5mg means it's very gape for another day So how to Tapper wysolone 10mg slowly One day 10mg and another day 5mg i feel weak and tired
